February 5, 2025 – Will Clark, Andy Herdman and Lia Linzie received the Steven J. Bresky Chairman’s Club Awards at the Seaboard Foods Sales Meeting on Feb. 5. This prestigious sales award, named after the late Seaboard Corporation President and CEO Steven J. Bresky, recognizes those who exemplify the highest standards of leadership, engagement, curiosity, attitude, work ethic, flexibility and results in the realm of sales. Clark, director of inside sales, exemplified the highest standards of the Chairman’s Club Award characteristics by using a proactive approach that fosters significant synergies, leading to productive conversations focused on improvement. Under his leadership, Clark’s team successfully met nearly all margin and volume goals in 2024, achieving the best year in company history on market margin/cwt and total market margin dollars for the retail sales channel. Herdman, director of Japan sales, earned induction to the Chairman’s Club for his commitment to going above and beyond and showing remarkable leadership abilities that extend far beyond the boundaries of his current position. He has fully immersed himself in the Japanese market creating a deep understanding of the culture, and significant opportunities and profitability for Seaboard Foods. In 2024, despite a weak Japanese yen, he broke sales records, exceeding volume and margin goals significantly. Linzie, director of Eastern hemisphere sales, received the award for her unwavering commitment, consistency in pushing boundaries and unyielding passion for excellence. Her steady handling of issues demonstrates her ability to tackle problems with reason and conviction while achieving outstanding results. She exceeded her margin goal by $12 million dollars in 2024.
