Seaboard Helps Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald House Charity provides a home away from home for families of pediatric patients at Children’s Mercy Hospital who live outside the Kansas City metropolitan area. At the Ronald McDonald House, families can be together and keep the routines of normal life, away from hospital lobbies and hotel rooms. They’ll have a comfortable bedroom where they can relax in private. Families cook their own meals, do their laundry and share in housekeeping duties. Seaboard supports the Ronald McDonald House by volunteering to cook meals and in this picture Seaboard volunteers have finished cleaning 25 rooms and updating 5 rooms to support a better living environment for the Ronald McDonald House guests.
