• This dedicated toll free hotline is available for reporting suspected improper accounting activity, internal control concerns, other questionable accounting or auditing matters (Prompt 1), or to report suspected violations of the Code of Ethics (Prompt 2).
• Prompt 1 calls are answered by the Company’s Internal Audit Director who has a direct reporting line to the Company’s Independent Audit Committee. Prompt 2 calls are answered by the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
• During the investigation of hotline calls, all reasonable efforts are taken to respect confidentiality, and the Company will not permit any retaliation against the caller who acts in good faith to report suspected violations.
